BCNet-KV is an economical Ethernet communication processor. It is designed to meet the increasing information requirements of factory equipment (equipment network monitoring and production management). It is used for Ethernet data acquisition of KEYENCE KV series PLCs. , which is very convenient to build a production management system.
BCNet-KV adopts a modular design, with a communication line from the factory. It does not occupy the PLC programming port, that is, while the programming software/host computer software monitors the PLC data through the Ethernet, the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface X2.
BCNet-KV Function
- Installed on a 35mm guide rail, the COM1 port is directly connected to the RS232 programming communication port of the KV, and a COM2 port is extended for touch screen communication. BCNet-KV can directly obtain power from the KV programming communication port, or external 24VDC power supply.
- Integrate a WEB server, through the web page, you can set device parameters and run diagnostics, and set a login protection password to prevent tampering with configuration data.
- Automatically adjust the baud rate of the KV programming communication port, which can meet the needs of large data communication.
- Realize Ethernet communication with KEYENCE KV STUDIO programming software products, read/write programs through Ethernet (including write function in RUN)/comparison, and monitor the operation of programmable controllers.
- Support KEYENCE host link protocol communication, can read/write device data to the programmable controller through the host computer system, and select KEYENCE through the host computer software (Kingview, OPC server, etc.) After the Ethernet drive, it is convenient and quick to access.
- Integrated ModbusTCP server, support FC1, FC3, FC5, FC15, FC6, FC16, Modbus data area is automatically mapped to KV data area.
- Support upper-level software (programming software KV STUDIO, IFIX, INTOUCH, KepWare OPC server, etc.) for convenient and quick access.
- It can realize high-level language (such as VB, VC, C#, etc.) programming, realize data communication with Keyence KV, and facilitate the development of production management system.
- The SCADA (upper configuration software) supporting OPC channel communicates with KV in OPC mode.
- It can realize KV STUDIO, upper link protocol, ModbusTCP and other connection methods, allowing 6 PCs to collect PLC data at the same time, and the connection protocol method can be used arbitrarily.
- Support firmware update on the user side through Ethernet, provide firmware with more functions for free, buy hardware once, and upgrade permanently.
