BCNet-MB-S(RTU to ModbusTCP, wireless)

BCNet-MB-S is used for Ethernet data acquisition of ModbusASCII/RTU equipment (instrument, inverter, PLC, etc.), the module integrates WiFi function, supports AP mode, STA mode and AP+STA mode, which is very convenient to build WiFi network, directly ModbusASCII/RTU device programming and data acquisition via WiFi.
BCNet-MB-S adopts the plug-and-play design, which does not occupy the communication port of the ModbusASCII/RTU device, that is, while the programming software/host computer software monitors the device data through Ethernet, the ModbusASCII/RTU master station can communicate with the device through the multiplexing interface. ModbusASCII/RTU equipment for communication, supports most SCADA software in the field of industrial control, and supports ModbusTCP and ModbusUDP communication methods.

BCNet-MB-S Function

  1. Installed on a 35mm guide rail, no external power supply required. The COM1 port is connected to the RS485 port of the device, and the COM2 expansion port is used for Modbus master communication.
  2. Through the WEB server or the configuration diagnostic tool BCDevice, the device can be parameterized and run diagnostics.
  3. It is suitable for the network upgrade of ModbusASCII/RTU, and the data of the device can be directly read through the configuration software of the host computer that supports ModbusTCP.
  4. Integrated WiFi function, support AP mode, STA mode and AP+STA mode.
  5. RS485/RS232 device data collection can be carried out through WiFi or Ethernet.
  6. Support asynchronous and uninterrupted ModbusTCP access mode, which is different from the traditional master-slave response half-duplex mode, providing more efficient data access. That is, the client’s ModbusTCP request can send multiple ModbusTCP requests at the same time without waiting for the reply from the device, and the module will automatically and asynchronously reply to the response frame.
  7. Support ModbusTCP, ModbusUDP, ModbusRTU and ModbusASCII communication protocols, support various configuration software and OPC, and access device data through Modbus protocol.
  8. Using ModbusTCP/UDP, it can realize high-level language (such as VB, VC, C#, etc.) programming, realize data communication with PLC, and facilitate the development of production management system.
  9. Support 32 ModbusTCP client connections.
  10. Support firmware update on the user side through Ethernet, one purchase, permanent upgrade.
