BCNet-Q-S is used for Ethernet data acquisition of Mitsubishi Q series PLC round port, which is very convenient for building a production management system. The module integrates WiFi function, supports AP mode, STA mode, and AP+STA mode, which is very convenient for building a WiFi network, and performs PLC programming and data collection directly through WiFi.
BCNet-Q-S adopts a modular design with communication lines. It does not occupy the PLC programming port, that is, while the programming software/host computer software monitors the PLC data through the Ethernet, the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface X2.

BCNet-Q-S Function

  1. Installed on a 35mm guide rail, no external power supply is required. The COM1 port is connected to the MD6 programming communication port of Q, and the COM2 expansion port is used for touchscreen communication.
  2. Through the WEB server or the configuration diagnostic tool BCDevice, the device can be parameterized and run diagnostics.
  3. The baud rate of the Q programming communication port is automatically adjusted, which can meet the needs of large data communication.
  4. Integrated WiFi function, support AP mode, STA mode, and AP+STA mode.
  5. PLC programming and data acquisition can be performed through WiFi.
  6. Support Ethernet communication of MELSOFT products (GX Works2, GX Developer, etc.).
  7. Support host computer MC Ethernet protocol (MELSEC Communication Protocol) communication, support host software (MCGS, IFIX, INTOUCH, KepWare OPC server, etc.) access.
  8. Integrated ModbusTCP server, support FC1, FC2, FC3, FC5, FC6, FC16, Modbus data area is automatically mapped to Q data area.
  9. Using MC communication protocol and ModbusTCP, high-level languages ​​(such as VB, VC, C#, etc.) can be used to program, realize data communication with Mitsubishi Q, and facilitate the development of production management systems.
  10. The SCADA (upper configuration software) that supports the OPC channel communicates with Q in OPC mode.
  11. It can realize MELSOFT connection, MC protocol connection, and Modbus TCP connection mode at the same time, and support the connection of 32 upper computers.
