ETH-NAT-S is suitable for all network ports PLC (TCP/UDP protocol) network communication and data acquisition, and has the functions of cross-network segment and transparent transmission. If a single device in the workshop has the same IP address, it can be converted into different IP addresses for data collection; multiple devices in the workshop and the IP addresses of different network segments can be unified into the IP addresses of the same network segment for data collection. . The module integrates WiFi function, supports AP mode, STA mode and AP+STA mode, which is very convenient to build WiFi network, PLC programming, data acquisition and cross-network segment access directly through WiFi.
ETH-NAT-S has three physical interfaces. The LAN1 and LAN2 ports have independent local area network capabilities respectively. The WiFi interface has wireless networking capabilities and supports AP/STA mode. Among them, the LAN1 port is four RJ45 ports, which have switch function and are mainly used to connect PLC; the LAN2 port is a single-port RJ45 port, which is mainly used for the connection of the host computer. The WiFi interface is an external antenna, which is used to connect to the upper computer.
ETH-NAT-S can realize the address translation function of NAT, which can map the PLC device connected to LAN1 to any IP address and port number of the LAN2 port or WiFi interface; it solves the problem that the field device cannot modify the IP address and port number. question.

ETH-NAT-S function

  1. Installed on a 35mm guide rail, LAN1 is a four-port RJ45 with switch function, and this port is connected to PLC; LAN2 is a single-port RJ45, which can be connected to the host computer; WiFi external high-gain antenna can be connected to the host computer. ETH-NAT needs an external 24VDC power supply.
  2. Integrated WiFi function, support AP mode, STA mode and AP+STA mode.
  3. PLC programming and data collection can be performed through WiFi.
  4. Integrate a WEB server, which can set device parameters and run diagnosis through the web page; it can also be configured through the BCDevice tool; it can be configured arbitrarily from LAN1, LAN2 or WiFi.
  5. Realize the NAT function, the module can be configured with 4 groups of forwarding ports, each group of forwarding ports can have multiple TCP or UDP connections;
  6. The host computer can access the devices connected to the LAN1 interface through LAN2 or WiFi, and can convert IP across network segments.
  7. It can support up to 32 host computer connections.
