AD analog input description

Analog quantity range setting

AD range setting: D0 is the upper limit of the range, and D1 is the lower limit of the range (occupying 2 registers) D0 is not a fixed register, other registers can be used

Range setting formula:

Input signal 0-10V (0-20mA): D0=External upper range, D1=External lower range
Input signal 4-20mA: D0 = external upper range, D1 = external lower range-((external upper range-external lower range)/4)

Examples of range setting:

Pressure transmitter external range 0-5Kpa
Input signal 0-10V (0-20mA): D0=5000, D1=0
Input signal 4-20mA: D0=5000, D1=0-((5000-0)/4)=-1250

NTC temperature reading instructions

Need to buy (NTC-10K thermistor with B value 3950, NTC-50K thermistor with B value 3950)

Note: When the probe wire is too short, please do not connect other electronic wires. Only wires with low impedance and strong anti-interference ability can be used, otherwise, the temperature will be unstable.

NTC temperature reading without setting range

Divide the read data by 10, which is the actual temperature
When D10=500, it means that the current temperature of the first channel is 50 degrees
When D10=437, it means that the current temperature of the first channel is 43.7 degrees
When D11=800, it means that the current temperature of the second channel is 80 degrees
When D11=-200, it means that the current temperature of the second channel is -20 degrees

DA analog output description

Analog output command: WR3A

Range setting: the same as the analog input setting method, when the range is not set, 0-10V corresponds to 0-4095
Example: When D0 upper limit range is set to 1000 (the lower limit can be set to 0 by default)

  1. When D10=500, DA0 outputs 5V voltage
  2. When D10=800, DA0 outputs 8V voltage
  3. When D11=340, DA1 outputs 3.4V voltage
  4. When D11=550, DA1 outputs 5.5V voltage

HX711 function description
M8112: Start HX711 function (ON to execute collection)
M8114:: HX711 read error, the error is turned ON, manual reset is required
D8114: Filtering times (0-32, default 12, 0-2 does not perform filtering)
D8112: HX711 data low bit

Note: The relay or register used above D8112 D8113 D8114 keeps data after power failure

Note: Since M8112 will not reset the PLC after it is stopped if M8112 is turned ON, the data of HX711 will be read to D8112 D8113 regardless of whether the PLC is stopped or running.

  1. When the data bit is 7 bits, no parity cannot be selected, otherwise, a 6304 fault code will be reported.
  2. When the programming port protocol is selected, the data length is 7 bits, the stop bit is 1 bit, and the parity and even parity are fixed parameters that cannot be set, and the baud rate can be set.
  3. Select MODBUS-RTU protocol, RS free port protocol, RS2 free port protocol, data length, stop bit, parity, and baud rate, all can be set.
  4. If D8400 or D8420 does not open the MODBUS-RTU master station function, when the ADPRW instruction is used, the 6706 fault code will be reported.
  5. When the value of D8401/D8421 is HO, the MODBUS master station protocol is selected.
  6. When the value of D8401/D8421 is H10, the MODBUS slave station protocol is selected.

    Can you have 2 types of AI 4 x NTC 10K & 4 x 0-20mA?
    Can you use GX Works 2 to program?
